The Gold Standard for Primary Science and STEM: One Partnership, Every Problem Solved
Every school has a version of the same story. One brilliant teacher runs extraordinary practical science. The teacher next door, every bit as capable, feels less sure and stays with the textbook. One year group gets messy, memorable investigations. Another misses out because the prep time simply ran out. That is the problem we built Junior Einsteins Science Club® to solve. Not with another folder of worksheets. With a complete primary science curriculum system, full hands-on STEM provision, and After School Science Club® enrichment, all in one collaborative partnership. Schools use it for any one of those, any two, or all three at once.
It starts with the teachers
We lead with the teachers, because that is where primary science either takes off or quietly fades.
Every session script is written to be read and enjoyed. Word for word, step by step, funny, full of surprising facts and real-world connections, so the teacher finds it as interesting as the class does. No science degree needed. No guesswork. No anxiety. Teachers fall in love with the science first, and the children catch it from them.
Staff train through the Junior Einsteins Science Club® Academy online, typically certified within four to five weeks, and come out the other side confident, delighted with themselves, and ready to be the one holding the plasma ball when the class gasps. Every session is hands-on and inquiry based, in lab coats and goggles, in small groups of four or five, and there is not a screen in sight.
We have the evidence. In partnership with Trinity College Dublin, we delivered a programme across classes in a Dublin primary schools. One hundred per cent of teacher respondents reported positive views of pupil engagement and of their own interest and engagement in delivering the experiments. That work won Trinity’s Engaged Teaching and Learning Award at the 2026 Civic Engagement Awards.
Hours of prep and stress, gone
Planning practical science is crushing staff. Sourcing equipment, writing risk assessments, working out what could go wrong, differentiating for the child who finishes early and the one who needs more time. We estimate seven or more hours of science / STEM prep saved per teacher, per week.
Everything is already written. Learning outcomes, risk assessments, safety guidance, differentiation options, inquiry prompts, illustrated equipment and prep checklists, with materials sourced locally so logistics stay simple. When the inspector or accreditation team asks for evidence, it is already on the shelf.
Strengthens and enhances whatever curriculum you teach
Junior Einsteins does not replace your primary science curriculum. It strengthens and extends it, and then separately provides the integrated, hands-on STEM learning that busy classroom teachers rarely have time to plan.
Because every session is built on universal scientific concepts, forces, energy, matter, ecosystems, it slots into how your school already teaches. It complements the British National Curriculum and the Oxford International Curriculum. It connects the separate science, mathematics and computing strands of Cambridge Primary through real investigation. It fits the inquiry-driven, transdisciplinary approach of the IB PYP, with Learner Profile attributes surfacing naturally at the lab bench. It maps to NGSS for American curriculum schools, and aligns comfortably with IPC and Cognia. The skills every framework asks you to evidence, critical thinking, resilience, collaboration, communication, are not taught from a worksheet. They happen when a group of four is working out why their bridge collapsed and what to try next.
During the school day, after the bell, or both
Primary science lives in curriculum time. STEM has no fixed home. Junior Einsteins says yes on both. Deliver it in curriculum lessons, STEM weeks and class rotation days, or run it as your ECA and co-curricular offering through the After School Science Club®, seasonal camps, whole-school science days and ticketed shows. Enrichment stops being a cost line and becomes a programme that generates income for the school.
Depth that lasts, consistency that does not depend on one person
One topic is one full sixty-minute session with several experiments that build on each other, so the science deepens as the hour goes on. Years of weekly sessions with no topic ever repeated, from Forensic Crime Scene and Bernoulli’s Flying Machines to Engineering Clean Water and RoboCreators, with Year Three arriving this autumn and regular new content drops. The same structure in every classroom and every year group. And the system belongs to the school, not to the person, so when staff change, new teachers onboard through the same learning path and nothing is lost.
A STEM identity parents can see
Children take something home most weeks. A fossil they cast themselves. A working periscope. Their own fingerprints on a detective card. A rocket, a catapult, a lava lamp. That sparks the dinner-table conversation, and it turns every Junior Einstein into a visible ambassador for your school at open days, in newsletters and in the prospectus.
