The Birthday They’ll Remember: Science Parties in Dublin, Galway, Kildare and Wicklow
There’s a moment at every Junior Einsteins Science Club® party that parents always tell us about afterwards. The Birthday They’ll Remember: Science Parties in Dublin, Galway, Kildare and Wicklow
It usually happens about twenty minutes in. The room goes quiet. A plasma ball crackles with purple light, and your child reaches out, lightsabre in hand, and watches it glow. Then they turn around to find you in the doorway, eyes wide, and say, “Did you SEE that?”
That’s the moment. That’s the one they’ll still talk about when they’re grown.
Birthdays go by so quickly
One year it’s a first birthday cake and a room full of balloons. Blink, and they’re seven, planning the guest list themselves and telling you exactly what they want.
Every birthday is a little marker of who your child is becoming. The friends they choose. The things that make them laugh. The questions they can’t stop asking.
A science party celebrates all of it. It celebrates their curiosity, their energy and that brilliant, busy mind you’ve watched grow every single day.
The afternoon your child becomes a scientist
Picture it. Your birthday child pulls on a white lab coat and a pair of safety goggles, and suddenly they stand a little taller.
Around them, their best friends do the same. Then the science begins:
- Stretchy, squishy slime that every child makes with their own hands and carries home like treasure
- A Van de Graaff generator that sends hair standing on end, to shrieks of delight
- Elephant’s toothpaste foaming up and over, with everyone leaning in to watch
- Giant smoke rings floating across the room, chased by a dozen pairs of hands
- Our famous Mentos and Coke geysers shooting high into the air for the grand finale
And right in the middle of it all, your birthday child, laughing, asking questions, and feeling like the most important scientist in the room. Because that afternoon, they are.
The memories you’ll keep
Parents tell us their favourite part is watching their child’s face.
The gasp when the foam erupts. The look of pure concentration as they mix their slime. The proud grin as they explain to Granny, later that evening, exactly how a polymer works.
You’ll have the photos of lab coats and goggles and sticky, happy hands. Your child will have the slime pot on their bedroom shelf for weeks. And somewhere in there, a little spark may be lit that grows into a lifelong love of science.
Made for families, by a mum
Junior Einsteins Science Club® was founded by a scientist and mum of three. She built these parties for the families she knew best: busy parents who want something special for their child, and an afternoon they can really enjoy too.
So our instructors take care of everything. We arrive, set up, run every experiment and tidy away afterwards. Your home or venue is left exactly as we found it. Every child goes home with their own slime, so the party bags are already taken care of.
All you need to do is light the candles, pour the tea, and watch.
