A Passion for STEM & Education

Tracey-Jane Cassidy’s journey as an educator, scientist, and entrepreneur has been one of dedication, passion, and perseverance. As a single mother and business leader, she founded Junior Einsteins Science Club with a mission to make science fun, engaging, and accessible for children. What started as a local initiative has now grown into an internationally franchised STEM education company, inspiring young minds across Ireland, the UK, Canada, and beyond.

Her impact in STEM education and entrepreneurship has been widely recognised, including her role as a speaker at the United Nations New York for International Women and Girls in Science Day and winning first prize Richard Branson’s Voom International business award. Through her work, she hopes to inspire and instil confidence in young girls to become the women in science shaping the future.
