Why We Love Our International School Community So Much
This Is What We’re Proudest Of
I love working with our international schools, and I am so proud of the community we get to be part of.
Twelve years into building Junior Einsteins Science Club®, there’s a lot we as a team Junior Einsteins Science Club® Ltd. could point to with pride. But what I’m proudest of, really, is who we get to work alongside. International school leaders, STEM and STEAM coordinators, PYP coordinators, ECA teams, they are some of the warmest, most generous, most collaborative people I’ve come across in any industry.
This is a community that shares rather than guards. Coordinators recommend each other’s solutions instead of keeping them close. Heads of Primary introduce us to colleagues at other schools simply because they want good things to spread, not because there’s anything in it for them. That kind of generosity is rare, and it shapes how we build and improve everything we do.
It shows up in the results too. We recently partnered with Trinity College Dublin on a STEM and evidence based thinking programme. Every teacher who took part reported real engagement, in what their pupils were learning and in their own teaching. Trinity College Dublin recognised the project by awarding us with their Engaged Teaching and Learning Award in 2026. None of that happens without schools that already value their teachers and trust a partner to support them properly.
Quantum Physics, Fossils, Rocket Launches And Everything In Between
The breadth of what our Junior Einsteins get to explore is enormous. Anthropology, archaeology, fossils, forensics. Quantum physics, biomimicry, bioluminescence. Pulleys, catapults, rocket launches, how planes fly, how boats float. The Arctic, nature, microbiology, anatomy. Add in robotics, circuits, MedTech, Smart Cities, storm defences, marine biology, geology, the solar system, and full crime scene investigations, and you start to see why years of weekly sessions never repeat a single topic.

Every session is built to grow problem solving, critical thinking, self esteem, teamwork and leadership, and to teach children that getting it wrong is simply part of getting it right. Our “Junior Einsteins” learn to hypothesise, test, fail, adjust and try again, right there at the lab bench. And it isn’t only the children. Teachers tell us they feel it too, the same confidence, the same willingness to have a go and get something wrong in front of the class. Because when you’re engaging with Junior Einsteins Science Club®, everyone gets to be a real scientist, not just the ones in the lab coats.
The Transformation We See In Our International School Teachers
One of the things that means the most to us is hearing what our sessions do for the teachers, not just the children. We constantly hear that they end up being the ones sharing science facts at dinner with their own family, or catching themselves telling friends some incredible real world fact they only learned from one of our scripts. They tell us they feel genuinely proud standing in front of that class now, armed with facts and real world examples they never had before, and that delivering our sessions has left them feeling so much richer in knowledge themselves.
We feel it in the small things too. A coordinator forwarding us a note from a colleague at another school about how much the children loved a session. A Head of Primary messaging just to say thank you after a particularly fun afternoon ( Quantum Physics with Nerf guns anyone ?) Teachers telling us they look forward to reading our scripts because they’re fun and entertaining before they’re even useful.

Being part of this community, schools that value curiosity, that back their staff, that want the best for children well beyond exam results, is really one of the best parts of building this.
