8th May
Children will investigate how to distinguish between magnetic and non-magnetic objects. Students will explore the basic natural behaviour of the magnet. Through fun activities like ‘fishing game’, they will be able to discover the mystical power of magnets. Students will become aware of the fact that not all metals are magnetic.
15th May
Children learn about the layers and plates of the Earth. They build volcanos and do volcano science explosions while learning some chemistry!
22nd May
We want children to discover that DNA is vital for all living beings – even plants.
It is important for inheritance, coding for proteins and the genetic instruction guide for life and its processes. Children will perform experiments to increase their understanding of DNA and its role in hereditary.
29th May
Our ‘Junior Einsteins’ learn that Earthworms are good. Children learn that worms eat up organic matter and leave droppings that help plants grow better. The come to understand that worms create water and air channels for plant roots to grow quickly.
‘Junior Einsteins’ explore facts about soil , complete several experiments and create their own wormery to take home
