Terms & Conditions – Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd.

By submitting payment or confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we securely handle parent and child information for safety and communication purposes.

  • By booking or paying, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable, except if an event is cancelled by us or your local franchisee.

  • If your event is cancelled due to Covid-19 or other public health emergency, we will offer to reschedule up to three times before a partial refund (minus a €10 admin fee) is considered.

  • Franchise owners (franchisees) operate most events locally under the Junior Einsteins Science Club brand. Event times and formats may vary by location.

  • You must not attend if unwell, showing symptoms, or isolating during a public health emergency.

  • We are a nut-free club and require medical/allergy details at registration.

  • Late pick-ups from camps will be charged (€5 per 5-minute interval).

  • You give permission for staff to seek medical attention for your child in an emergency.

  • A photo and video release is included for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • You accept that participation carries inherent risks and release Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. and its franchisees from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.


Franchisee-Operated Events

Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. is a franchise organisation. The majority of events and services (including camps, clubs, parties, shows, and workshops) are delivered by independent franchise owners (franchisees) who operate under the Junior Einsteins Science Club brand and follow our guidelines, policies, and safety procedures.

Event details, including times, formats, and specific offerings, may vary slightly depending on the local franchise operator. For queries about a specific event or booking, please contact the relevant franchisee directly or email us at welcome@junioreinsteinsscienceclub.com and we’ll direct you to the appropriate local contact.


Payment, Cancellation & Availability

  • All deposits and full payments made are non-refundable.

  • We will try our best to accommodate changes to bookings (parties, shows, workshops), but changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • If an event is cancelled by the franchisee for any reason, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.

  • All events and party packages are subject to availability.

  • Behaviour Policy – Right to Remove a Participant

    Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. and its franchisees are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children.

    If a child’s behaviour is consistently disruptive, unsafe, or prevents the science instructors from delivering the session effectively — or negatively impacts the participation and enjoyment of other children — the following steps will be taken:

    1. The child will be given a clear verbal warning by the instructor.

    2. If the behaviour continues, parents/guardians will be notified.

    3. If, after these steps, the behaviour does not improve, we reserve the right to remove the child from the event.

    Please note:
    No refunds will be issued in the event that a child is removed due to disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

    This policy ensures the safety, enjoyment, and learning experience of all participants.


Covid-19 or Pandemic-Related Cancellations

  • If an event is cancelled due to Covid-19 or another public health emergency, we will offer to reschedule up to three times.

  • If a customer requests a refund after three failed rescheduling attempts, we will offer a refund minus a €10 admin fee.

  • Please do not attend any event if you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, is symptomatic, or is self-isolating.


Registration, Camps & After-School Clubs

  • Full payment is required at time of registration via credit card.

  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If you need to withdraw from a camp, written notice must be emailed to our local franchise owner operator


  • We do not offer refunds, but we will do our best to reschedule your booking.

Cancellation by the Franchisee

  • The franchisee reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrolment. In that case, your payment will be refunded in full.


Camp Hours, Late Pick-Up Policy & Supervision

  • Camp hours are typically 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., but may vary by franchised location depending on the franchisee.

  • Please check the specific times listed at your event’s location.

  • Drop-off and pick-up take place at the camp venue entrance.

  • An authorised adult must sign your child in and out each day.

  • Late pick-up (after 10 minutes) will be charged at €5 per 5-minute interval.


What to Bring

  • A nutritious, nut-free packed lunch and a water bottle.

  • We are a nut-free club due to life-threatening allergies.


Health, Allergies & Safety

  • Please declare all allergies and health conditions on the registration form.

  • Children who are unwell must not attend.

  • Franchisees may download or print attendance registers for check-in and safety. These are used only for the duration of the event and are handled securely.


Emergency Medical Release

In the event of serious illness or injury, franchisee staff may administer first aid and contact emergency services. If transport is needed, that decision will be made by the emergency response team.


Waiver, Release & Indemnity

By registering for or participating in any Junior Einsteins Science Club program, you agree:

  • There are inherent risks in physical activities and group events.

  • Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. and its franchisees are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising during participation.

  • This waiver does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the franchisee.

  • You consent to the use of your child’s image or likeness in photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

You further waive, release, and discharge Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd., its franchisees, and their staff from:

  • All claims for damages or injuries (except in cases of gross negligence).

  • Any claims relating to the use of photos, video, or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes.

  • Any liability from Covid-19 or other pandemics, where public health guidelines have been followed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. and its franchisees from any claims arising out of your or your child’s participation.


Covid-19 & Health Protocols

  • Please do not attend events if you, your child, or someone in your household is feeling unwell.

  • Franchisees follow relevant guidance from NSAI, HSA, and HSE to protect families and staff.

  • For home-based parties or in-person events, please ensure the venue allows for safe participation.


Legal & Data Protection Compliance
