At Junior Einsteins Science Club® Camps, our Science Summer Camps across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Durham Region, and Peterborough, are designed for children who ask questions, take things apart, and want to know why. Children might start the day launching rockets and exploring forces, then move into chemistry where they create bubbling and explosive reactions like elephant’s toothpaste. They could be solving a forensic mystery before lunch, lifting fingerprints and analysing clues, and then building engineering structures or testing flight designs in the afternoon. No two days feel the same, and that is intentional.
We cover a huge range of topics across the week, including electricity, static and circuits, magnetism, chemical reactions, acids and alkalis, polymers and slime, energy, air pressure, forces and motion, flight, biology, habitats, the human body, and even early concepts in physics that most children would never encounter at school. The difference is we make it accessible, fun, and something they can actually understand.
Everything is hands on. Children wear lab coats and goggles, work in small groups, and use real scientific equipment. It is immersive, energetic, and yes, a little bit messy at times. That is part of the magic.
We also build in outdoor time and movement, because energy matters. Kids focus better when they are not sitting still all day.
