Franchisees operate under the Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. privacy and data protection framework. They access customer data through our centralised booking and communication systems and use it solely for delivering the services booked (such as camps, workshops, and events).

Franchisees do not act as independent data controllers. Instead, they act as authorised users or data processors, following the guidelines and policies set by Junior Einsteins Science Club Ltd. This includes securely accessing event registration information (e.g., child names, emergency contacts, and medical notes), using temporary paper registers if required, and ensuring all data is handled responsibly, securely, and only for its intended purpose.
