T
ven in international schools with excellent science facilities, state-of-the-art labs, and dedicated STEM coordinators, we’ve found that delivering high-quality, hands-on STEM experiences at scale can be a significant challenge.
Running an occasional experiment is one thing. Delivering hundreds of exciting, hands-on STEM activities across disciplines—week after week, through after-school clubs, holiday camps, in-school workshops, and family science events—is something else entirely.
Most schools simply don’t have the time, capacity, or resources to develop and run this type of dynamic, consistent, high-volume programme.
That’s where Junior Einsteins Science Club® comes in.
We provide everything: expert staff training, ready-to-go experiment details, structured session scripts, Know-How, materials and equipment lists and guidence, detailed safety statements and risk assessments, marketing support, and ongoing mentoring. Your educators gain the tools and confidence to deliver truly memorable science experiences with minimal additional workload.
It’s not about having the infrastructure—it’s about unlocking its full potential, consistently and at scale.
What We Believe
At Junior Einsteins Science Club®, everything we do is driven by our passion for bringing science to life for young learners in an energetic, joyful, and deeply memorable way.
We nurture students’ natural curiosity and creativity. We inspire them to explore, question, experiment—and yes, even make a mess—in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Our ‘Junior Einsteins’ wear lab coats and goggles, building confidence and excitement as they take ownership of their learning. Our aim is not just to teach science—but to empower children to think like scientists.
We teach them how to think, not what to think, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning in a rapidly changing world. We hope many will go on to choose science at secondary and third level. We need more scientists, problem-solvers, and creative thinkers—and it starts here.
How?
We engage children through spectacular hands-on experiments and high-impact activities that bring STEM concepts to life. Each session is designed to be active, collaborative, and unforgettable.
Some of the hands-on experiences include:
- Making slime while learning about long-chain polymerisation and non-Newtonian fluids
- Watching a Barbie doll’s hair stand on end with a Van de Graaff generator to explore voltage and current
- Lighting a lightsaber with a plasma ball to demonstrate the flow of electricity
- Building rockets, solving forensic mysteries, and digging for fossils
- Exploring topics like animal adaptations, marine biology, microbiology, geology, engineering, quantum physics, biodiversity, and biomimicry
- Creating erupting chemical reactions like foaming elephant’s toothpaste
- Launching giant smoke rings to explore vortices, using Nerf guns to test forces, or designing gliders and playing high-energy games to understand Bernoulli’s principle
- Using skateboards to experience momentum and inertia in action
- Introducing robotics to explore coding, mechanical engineering, and automation in a fun, interactive way
From slime to smoke rings, and plasma balls to pH power, every session is packed with WOW moments that make science unforgettable.
A Junior Einsteins Science Club® Hub is a long-term partnership that empowers your international school to deliver our award-winning hands-on STEM experiences directly to your students—right on your own campus.

Pain Points; The Challenges Faced by International Schools
Why a Junior Einsteins Science Club® Hub Is the Ideal STEM Enrichment Solution
Filling the Gaps with Scalable, High-Impact, Hands-On Learning Experiences
Limited Access
Challenge: Limited Access to Consistent, High-Quality Hands-On STEM Learning
Many international schools excel in academic instruction, with strong science curricula and qualified staff. However, schools often face challenges in delivering consistent, engaging, and diverse hands-on STEM experiences—particularly outside of scheduled class time.
After-school and enrichment offerings may lack variety or energy, and even well-resourced schools can struggle to scale practical STEM learning in a way that sparks sustained curiosity and creativity in students.
Solution: A Junior Einsteins Science Club® Hub on Your School Campus
The Junior Einsteins Science Club® Hub bridges this gap by delivering award-winning, high-energy, hands-on science experiences designed specifically for primary-aged students. Our sessions are messy, fun, and full of WOW moments—from rocket launches and forensic crime scenes to slime-making, fossil digs, biomimicry, and more.
These are not just entertaining activities—they are powerful learning opportunities that build essential life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.
As part of the Hub model, your school gains full access to the Junior Einsteins Academy—an online training and resource platform that includes lesson plans, PowerPoint decks, templates, self-paced video modules, and certification quizzes. This equips your educators with everything they need to confidently lead engaging science sessions, tailored to the needs and interests of your diverse international student body.
Through consistent, hands-on STEM experiences, students not only deepen their understanding of scientific concepts—they become confident, curious learners who associate science with excitement, exploration, and creativity.
Scalability of STEM Programs
Challenge: Difficulty Scaling STEM Enrichment Across Year Groups and the School Year
Even in well-established international schools with strong infrastructure, wonderful STEMco-ordinators and excellent science facilities, it can be difficult to consistently deliver fresh, engaging, hands-on STEM experiences across multiple grade levels.
Teachers are often stretched, and while occasional activities may take place, sustaining weekly enrichment that excites students and complements your school’s broader educational vision is a common challenge—particularly in after-school settings or during holiday periods.
Solution: A Scalable, Sustainable STEM Enrichment Model
Junior Einsteins Science Club® solves this by providing schools with access to a vast library of hands-on STEM experiments and themed activities that can be delivered throughout the academic year and during school breaks.
With content covering everything from physics and chemistry to biology, engineering, and environmental science, your staff will never run out of new and exciting experiments to deliver—keeping students engaged week after week.
The plug-and-play structure of the programme makes it easy to scale enrichment across year groups, after-school clubs, school events, and holiday camps. You control the scheduling, pace, and staffing, while we provide all the training, planning, and ongoing support to ensure success.
This not only enhances your students’ learning experience but also positions your school as a leader in innovation and science engagement.
Lack of Expertise
Challenge: Limited Capacity to Deliver Consistently Scalable, Cost-Effective STEM Enrichment
Many international schools are fortunate to have highly skilled science teachers and passionate STEM coordinators who deliver excellent lessons and inspire a love of science in the classroom. However, even the most enthusiastic educators often face limitations when it comes to designing and scaling a consistent, high-volume programme of hands-on STEM activities beyond core teaching hours.
Running an occasional workshop or science day is one thing—but developing and managing a wide variety of engaging, safe, and cost-effective experiments week after week (while balancing teaching loads and school priorities) can become overwhelming without the right infrastructure and support.
Solution: Train-the-Trainer Model + Ongoing Resources and Support
By partnering with Junior Einsteins Science Club®, your school gains access to our train-the-trainer model, empowering your educators and enrichment staff to confidently deliver a wide range of exciting STEM sessions at scale.
All staff receive comprehensive, practical training, either in-person or online, supported by full access to the Junior Einsteins Academy—our digital platform featuring ready-to-use lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, training videos, templates, and safety protocols. Staff can also complete refresher modules and certification exams at their own pace.
This approach allows your school to deliver consistently high-quality science enrichment while keeping costs controlled and operational planning simple. Your excellent educators remain at the heart of the programme, now fully equipped with the systems, tools, and support needed to scale their passion for science across your school community.
Whether your team is based in R&D, HR, public affairs, or sustainability, our onboarding support ensures your staff are confident, safe, and well-equipped to deliver real science fun
