Junior Einsteins Science Club® Awards are a signal. They are not the goal. The point is impact.
We measure ourselves by impact, the children we inspire, the quality we deliver, and the trust we earn from parents, schools, and partners. Still, when respected organisations recognise our work, we share it. Not for ego, for accountability, and for the team behind the brand.
One thing matters to us. These accolades are never a one person story.
Yes, our Founder and CEO, Tracey-Jane Cassidy MA MSc, scientist and single Mum of three, is often the face at events and ceremonies. She accepts awards on behalf of Junior Einsteins Science Club®. She is crystal clear though, every recognition is a win for the whole Junior Einsteins Science Club® community.
That means our franchise business owners who build strong local businesses and keep standards high. It means our international school licence holders who bring hands on STEM into busy school weeks. It means our science instructors who bring the magic, the energy, and the professionalism that parents remember. It means teachers, parents, schools, venues, partners, and collaborators who trust us, book us, and help us reach more children.
Most of all, it means the Junior Einsteins, the children we aim to inspire every day.
Guaranteed Irish licence holder 2025
In 2025, Junior Einsteins Science Club® became a Guaranteed Irish licence holder, a national symbol of trust that helps people identify products and services that are an all together better choice for your community and for Ireland. Membership is assessed across three areas, jobs, community, and provenance. We are proud to meet those standards, and to stand alongside businesses that support Ireland through real employment, meaningful community contribution, and proven commitment.
British Franchise Association membership
We are proud members of the British Franchise Association. We earned BFA membership while expanding, and we are genuinely proud of that achievement. The BFA membership process is a standards based review of a franchise model, aligned with the European Code of Ethics for Franchising. That matters to us because it reinforces what we care about, viability, transferability of know how, clear disclosure, and ethical franchising. It is another signal that our franchise network is built on standards, not hype.

If you have ever booked a Junior Einsteins Science Club® camp, party, after school club, workshop, show, or school programme, you are part of this story.
If you are one of our science instructors, you are the front line of the brand. You turn a script into a moment a child remembers for years.
If you are a franchise owner or international school licence holder, you are building relationships, training teams, solving problems, and still showing up with energy on the day.
If you are a teacher, a principal, a venue partner, or a parent who recommends us, you help us reach the next child.
And if you are one of our amazing ‘Junior Einsteins’, this is for you. Every shortlist, badge, invite, and membership is simply a signal that children deserve better than passive learning. They deserve to do science.
We keep standards high. We keep improving. We keep delivering hands on STEM that feels exciting and meaningful.
Awards come and go. The mission does not.
