Junior Einsteins Science Club: A 100% Irish Business Going Global
Founded in Dublin, Ireland, Junior Einsteins Science Club® started with a mission to inspire children through hands-on STEM education. After witnessing the incredible impact on children’s learning and engagement, we decided to expand the concept through franchising. Today, while we remain proudly rooted in Ireland, Junior Einsteins has grown into a global brand, delivering exciting and educational STEM experiences to communities worldwide. We are a 100% Irish-owned business, expanding internationally and bringing the magic of STEM to primary school aged children around the world.
Why?
At Junior Einsteins Science Club®, we are passionate about bringing STEM to young children in a fun, high-energy way. Everything we do nurtures children’s natural curiosity, creativity, and imagination. We aim to inspire our ‘Junior Einsteins’ to explore, discover, and make a mess while developing confidence and self-esteem. By teaching children ‘how to think, not what to think,’ we prepare them for an ever-changing world, hoping they will carry their love of science from primary school through to secondary education and beyond. We need more scientists!
How?
We deliver this through bespoke, interactive, hands-on science events. Children wear lab coats and goggles while engaging in outdoor fun with experiments like slime making to understand polymers and lighting lightsabers with plasma balls to learn about electricity. From giving a Barbie doll a hair-raising experience on a Van De Graaf generator to exploring quantum physics with Nerf guns, we cover a broad range of STEM subjects, encouraging children to learn by doing. Our events range from fossil making and rocket races to forensics, marine biology, and exciting chemistry experiments like creating elephant’s toothpaste.
What?
Our offerings include Science Parties, After-School Science Clubs, Super Whole School Science Shows, and STEM Workshops. We also run a variety of camps throughout the year, including Half-Term Camps, Summer Camps, and Weekend One-Day STEM Camps like ‘Junior Explorers,’ ‘Junior Astronauts,’ and more. In addition to these, we bring our passion for science to corporate events, family events, and science festivals. Through these hands-on experiences, children dive into STEM & STEAM learning in an engaging, messy, and fun way.
