Tracey is an award-winning STEM education leader with a clear mission – to ignite curiosity, creativity, and imagination in children through high-energy, hands-on science experiences. What began in Dublin has grown into a global movement. Junior Einsteins Science Club® is now thriving across Ireland, the UK, and Ontario, Canada and Saudi Arabia , bringing STEM to life for thousands of children worldwide.

The impact goes beyond fun experiments. From slime-making and rocket races to quantum physics and biomimicry, Junior Einsteins inspires a deep and lasting love of science, helping children develop problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. The organisation has been recognised with multiple awards for innovation and leadership, and Tracey herself was recently named among Ireland’s 21 Standout Women by the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (2025) and awarded STEM Businesswoman of the Year 2025.

Through international collaborations, including with the United Nations, Junior Einsteins is proving that science education can be exciting, accessible, and transformative.
