From 11th to 19th October, Ireland will celebrate Maths Week, an all-island initiative that has been promoting positive attitudes towards mathematics since 2006. What began as a collaboration between universities, institutes of technology, professional bodies, and visitor centres has grown into a national festival attracting over 500,000 participants each year.
