Welcome to Junior Einsteins Science Club! This after school science club is only for students attending Willow Park Junior School, Blackrock.
- Junior Einsteins Science Club term 2 will run on Wednesdays from 3pm -4pm
- Term Dates: Wednesday 7th January – Wednesday 27th May 2026
- Students finishing at 2:20pm & 2:40pm will be supervised until 3pm by our scientists.
- Suitable for 2nd – 5th form students.

Award-winning hands on science club program. Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles & all scientific equipment. They make & take home their own experiments from science club.
Slime science: non Newtonian fluids & cross linking polymers, light the lightsaber with our plasma ball, conductors & insulators, optical illusions: how the eye tricks the brain, animation & cartoon thaumatropes, rocket launchers & rocket races, junior astronaut training, Gian smoke cannon & tornadoes, forensic science: crime scene investigation, luminescent lava lamps, Bernoulli’s principles of light & aerodynamics, marble run engineering, palaeontology: fossil making, engineering bridges, pigmentation & chromatography, blubber gloves & geology: Christmas crystals.
Seed secrets & blossoming beans, marine biology: bioluminescence, wind turbine engineering, walking on eggs, pneumatic bunnies, Easter bunny toothpaste, light diffraction: formation of rainbows, ecology & botany, brain olympics sports science, muddy worms soil science, bug hunts, rocket launchers & rocket races, junior medics & anatomy & lots of hands on science, covering all STEM areas.
