Willow Park Junior School – After School Science Club – 2nd September to 16th December

Welcome to our After School Science & Robotics Club at Willow Park Junior School.

Unlock your child’s inner scientist with our After School Science Club Program—an exciting, hands-on adventure into the world of STEM!

Each student is provided with a lab coat, goggles & all scientific equipment for each session of science club weekly. Students make & take home their own experiments from science club.

• Classes/Age: 2nd – 5th Form Classes
• Term 1 Dates for 2026/2027 Academic Year: Wednesday 2nd September to Wednesday 15th December 2026
• Days & Times: Mondays 2:20pm -4pm (Students finishing at 2:20pm & 2:40pm are supervised in Mr Kings Second Form Classroom until 3pm start)
• Cost per child: €240

Our curriculum for term 1 includes: TechInsect & PropelBot Lab, Harness the Sun: DOY Solar Oven, Galileos Gravity Lab- Make a Splash!, Mission Metereologist: Storm Watch Lab, Robo Creators, Mission Med Tech: The Science of Saving Lives, Smart Cities Innovation, Zesty Zap & Spud Spark, Sonic Science: Vibrations in Action, Climate Quest, Tensegrity: Building with tension & compression, Junior Astronaut Training, Extreme Survival Science, Engineering Clean Water: Filtration Systems, Grow your own Christmas Crystals, Pigments of Imagination: Colourful Chromatography, Sciencey Snowballs & more! Covering all STEM subjects.

Everything we do here at Junior Einsteins Science Club is because we are passionate about bringing high-energy, exciting science to children from a young age – in a structured & supportive environment.

We teach children how to think, not what to think – best preparing them for the unpredictability of our ever changing world. We do this through hands on experiments, covering all STEM topics, from marine biology to forensic science, anatomy to chemical engineering.
