St Josephs NS Mulhussey, After School Science Club – Junior & Senior Infants – Wednesdays 2pm -3pm

10 sessions starting from 26th January to 6th April

Every Wednesday from 2pm -3pm for Junior & Senior Infants only

**No class on 23rd February as school will be closed for midterm break**

Each session takes place in Ms Kearns Classroom, St Josephs NS

Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles, gloves & all scientific equipment. They do not need to bring anything with them to science club- just a drink & small snack if you wish! Experiments include classification of Life, Rocket Races, Slime science, Geology and Volcanoes,  Bernoulli’s effect, flying model gliders, Chemistry ;  PH Purple Power & Exothermic reactions with elephants toothpaste, Light & Defraction, Giant Smoke Cannons, Pneumatics & Engineering, covering STEM & STEAM areas.

We will then recommence our weekly sessions starting from the 27th April after the Easter break.
