Welcome to Junior Einsteins Science Club! *This after school club is only open to 1st to 6th Class students of Scoil Mhuire Mount Sackville* Scoil Mhuire Mount Sackville Dublin- After School Science Club – 1st to 6th Class (6th November to 18th December 2023)

Our award winning after school science club will run on Mondays from 3pm -3:50pm

7  week program from Monday 6th November to Monday 18th December inclusive

Junior Medics & Anatomy: Gross digestion: plate to poop!, pumping heart, my anatomy in 3D!, Dr Einspine, Xraying & strawberry DNA extraction, bubbling vampire blood, pop rockets & rocket races, electrical engineering with static electricity, mad magnets, frog dissection (educational models), junior ecologists: walking on water & surface tension, Secchis pollutant detectives, classification of life, hand energy circuits, air vortices with our GIANT smoke cannons, geology rocks: crystal formation – grow your own crystals & lots of fun STEM!

We teach children ‘How to Think, not What to think ‘, best preparing them for our ever changing world. We hope our ‘Junior Einsteins’ will build their love of Science in Primary School and choose science as a subject in secondary school and on to third level. We need more scientists !

Everything we do here at Junior Einsteins Science Club is because we are passionate about bringing STEM to young children in a fun filled high energy way.  Our science clubs are very child-centric and all of our children are our ‘Junior Einsteins’ ! We nurture children’s natural curiosity & creativity. We inspire our ‘Junior Einsteins’ to use their imaginations, make a mess, explore and discover.

Children are supplied with lab coats & goggles for the classes. They make & take home their own experiments from science club.
