Cost: €50 per child
Experiments at Junior Chemists Camps:
- Slime science: non Newtonian fluids & cross linking polymers
- Bubbling exothermic reactions with elephant toothpaste
- Vicious volcanic eruptions,
- Walking on water: surface tension
- Bath fizzers: make bath bombs!
- Acids & bases: the pH scale
- Cola & mentos explosion!
Suited for primary school aged children from 5 – 11 years old
Children are grouped by age: 5 – 8 year olds (ATOMS) 9-11 year olds (MOLECULES), each group assigned a scientist.
Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles & all scientific equipment. They make & take home their own bath bomb & slime from science camp!
