Dunboyne 5 week science club – Starts 9th March (Wednesdays 6pm -7:30pm)

5 week science club at The Oak Centre, Dunboyne starts 9th March. Suitable for children from 5 – 12 years old.

Children are grouped by age: 5-8 year olds (ATOMS) & 9-12 year olds (MOLECULES) to ensure age appropriate learning. Siblings & pods sit together. Spaces limited with reduced capacity.

Dates: 9th March – 6th April (every Wednesday)

Times: 6pm -7:30pm

Venue: The Oak Centre, Dunboyne

Price: €90 per child

Paleontology & geology: crystallisation, bug hunt, blossoming beans, the greenhouse gas effect, pneumatic bunnies, awesome anatomy, pigmentation & chromatography,  gross digestion, freaky forensics: crime scene investigation, long chain polymers & lots of hands on, fun experiments. Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles & all scientific equipment to participate in all science experiments & activities. They make & take home their own experiments.
