Award-winning science experiments for our Junior Einsteins in Athy, Kildare  at our Summer Science Camp for Children

• Dates & Times: Monday 11th to Friday 15th August 2025; 9:30am -1:30pm daily
• Ages: 5 -11  year olds (grouped by age 5-8 & 9-11 years)

Chemistry chaos with slime science: non Newtonian fluids & cross linking polymerisation, bubbling exothermic reactions with elephant toothpaste. Robocreators: an introduction to robotics, giant smoke cannons, light a lightsaber with our plasma ball. Engineer a cola & mentos explosion. Vicious volcanic eruptions, red cabbage pH indicators, rocket launchers & rocket races, brain olympics sports science. Bioluminescence: glowing explorations, biomimicry: nature inspired innovations. Bath fizzers: acids & bases, geology rocks: grow your own crystals, phenomenal physics with nerf guns. Junior medics & anatomy: pumping heart, Dr Bones & x-raying, banana DNA extraction, my anatomy in 3D. Ecology; muddy worms soil science. Marble run races, engineering bridges, light diffraction rainbow formation. Lots of hands on science experiments, covering all STEM subjects.

Each ‘Junior Einstein’ will be presented with a certificate of completion at graduation on Fridays!

Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles & All scientific equipment. They make & take home their own science experiments each day from science camp!
