After School Science Club – 1st to 6th Class – River Valley CNS, Swords (Wednesdays 2:10pm -3:10pm)
Welcome to Junior Einsteins Science Club!
This after school science club is only for 1st to 6th class students attending River Valley CNS, Swords.
Day & Times: Wednesdays from 2:10pm -3:10pm
Term Dates: Wednesday 4th February to Wednesday 25th March (7 week program)
Price: €95
Slime science: non newtonian fluids & cross linking polymers, bubbling exothermic reactions with elephant toothpaste, light a lightsabre with our plasma ball, marble run: momentum, speed & velocity, luminescent lava lamps, optical illusions: how the eye tricks the brain, Bernoulli’s principles of flight: how airplanes fly & aerodynamics, make your own compass, light diffraction, somewhere over the rainbow: how rainbows form & lots of fun, hands on science!
Children are supplied with lab coats, goggles & all scientific equipment. They make & take home their own experiments from science club.

Our science clubs are very child-centric and all of our children are our ‘Junior Einsteins’ ! We nurture children’s natural curiosity & creativity. We inspire our ‘Junior Einsteins’ to use their imaginations, make a mess, explore and discover! Our curriculum covers all STEM subjects from chemistry to anatomy, engineering to forensic science!
