Tracey-Jane Cassidy MA MSc, Founder & CEO of Junior Einsteins Science Club® based in Dublin, Ireland, is an internationally recognised STEM education leader and franchise innovator. Honoured as one of Ireland’s 21 Standout Women for International Women’s Day 2025 by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, she was also a speaker at the United Nations’ ‘International Women and Girls in Science Day’ in New York in 2020. A multiple award-winner, Tracey-Jane has received accolades including the STEM Role Model of the Year Ireland 2024, STEM Educator Awards 2025 ‘STEM Role Model’ by SheCanCode, and the ‘STEM Woman of the Year Award 2023 – Impact Award’. She won first prize at the prestigious International VOOM 2018 Richard Branson Virgin Media Business Awards and has been repeatedly recognised by The Irish Franchise Awards – most recently winning ‘Community Champion of the Year 2024’ and being a finalist in six categories. Her franchise has received both national and global acclaim, including finalist positions at the Global Franchise Awards in San Diego (2022) and Las Vegas (2021), and ‘Best Emerging Franchise’ at The Franchise Awards Ireland in 2019.
