Our Founder Tracey-Jane Cassidy Nominated for STEM Role Model of the Year 2025

We’re delighted to share some exciting news from all of us at Junior Einsteins Science Club® — our founder and CEO, Tracey-Jane Cassidy MA MSc, has been nominated for STEM Role Model of the Year 2025 by SheCanCode.

This nomination is a powerful recognition of Tracey-Jane Cassidy’s dedication to inspiring the next generation through hands-on STEM education. For over a decade, she has championed child-led learning, making science accessible, engaging, and genuinely fun for children through our immersive programmes — from science parties and after-school clubs to large-scale shows, workshops, and holiday camps.

Under her leadership, Junior Einsteins Science Club® has grown from a kitchen-table idea to an international franchise network operating across Ireland, the UK, and Canada — with global expansion continuing. Her focus on real scientific equipment, high-energy experiments, and screen-free learning experiences has set a new standard in STEM enrichment for children.

Tracey-Jane Cassidy’s approach is rooted in one simple but powerful belief: when children experience science hands-on, they grow in confidence, creativity, and critical thinking. She leads by example — not only as a STEM educator and entrepreneur, but as a mentor and advocate for women in science and business.

We are incredibly proud to see her work recognised by SheCanCode, a platform doing fantastic work to highlight women making a difference in tech and STEM.

This nomination is a celebration of everything we stand for at Junior Einsteins Science Club® — bringing science to life, nurturing young minds, and promoting inclusion and excellence in STEM education.

Congratulations, Tracey-Jane, from your entire Junior Einsteins community
