I love working with our international schools, and I am so proud of the community we get to be part of.

Twelve years into building Junior Einsteins Science Club®, there’s a lot we as a team Junior Einsteins Science Club® Ltd. could point to with pride. But what I’m proudest of, really, is who we get to work alongside. International school leaders, STEM and STEAM coordinators, PYP coordinators, ECA teams, they are some of the warmest, most generous, most collaborative people I’ve come across in any industry.

This is a community that shares rather than guards. Coordinators recommend each other’s solutions instead of keeping them close. Heads of Primary introduce us to colleagues at other schools simply because they want good things to spread, not because there’s anything in it for them. That kind of generosity is rare, and it shapes how we build and improve everything we do.

It shows up in the results too. We recently partnered with Trinity College Dublin on a STEM and evidence based thinking programme. Every teacher who took part reported real engagement, in what their pupils were learning and in their own teaching. Trinity College Dublin recognised the project by awarding us with their Engaged Teaching and Learning Award in 2026. None of that happens without schools that already value their teachers and trust a partner to support them properly.

Quantum Physics, Fossils, Rocket Launches And Everything In Between

The breadth of what our Junior Einsteins get to explore is enormous. Anthropology, archaeology, fossils, forensics. Quantum physics, biomimicry, bioluminescence. Pulleys, catapults, rocket launches, how planes fly, how boats float. The Arctic, nature, microbiology, anatomy. Add in robotics, circuits, MedTech, Smart Cities, storm defences, marine biology, geology, the solar system, and full crime scene investigations, and you start to see why years of weekly sessions never repeat a single topic.

All hands-on, messy, inquiry based and Screen-Free!

Every session is built to grow problem solving, critical thinking, self esteem, teamwork and leadership, and to teach children that getting it wrong is simply part of getting it right. Our “Junior Einsteins” learn to hypothesise, test, fail, adjust and try again, right there at the lab bench. And it isn’t only the children. Teachers tell us they feel it too, the same confidence, the same willingness to have a go and get something wrong in front of the class. Because when you’re engaging with Junior Einsteins Science Club®, everyone gets to be a real scientist, not just the ones in the lab coats.

The Transformation We See In Our International School Teachers

One of the things that means the most to us is hearing what our sessions do for the teachers, not just the children. We constantly hear that they end up being the ones sharing science facts at dinner with their own family, or catching themselves telling friends some incredible real world fact they only learned from one of our scripts. They tell us they feel genuinely proud standing in front of that class now, armed with facts and real world examples they never had before, and that delivering our sessions has left them feeling so much richer in knowledge themselves.

We feel it in the small things too. A coordinator forwarding us a note from a colleague at another school about how much the children loved a session. A Head of Primary messaging just to say thank you after a particularly fun afternoon ( Quantum Physics with Nerf guns anyone ?) Teachers telling us they look forward to reading our scripts because they’re fun and entertaining before they’re even useful.

The classroom teachers left behind are capable and willing, but most have no science background, no practical resources and no hours in the week to plan hands-on lessons from scratch. How it works

Schools receive two full years of weekly, 60-minute hands-on science sessions with no repeated topic. Every script comes with learning aims, risk assessments, differentiation, equipment lists and the pedagogy behind it. Teachers tell us it saves them seven or more hours of STEM preparation a week, and no science degree is needed to deliver it. Teachers train and certify through the Junior Einsteins Academy, so the programme belongs to the school, not to one member of staff.

The children never touch a screen.  Screen Free STEM experiments for kids. They spend every session experimenting, building, investigating and discovering with their own hands, in lab coats and safety goggles, exactly like real scientists.

What the children actually do

The breadth is enormous. Our J’unior Einsteins ‘explore chemistry through bubbling potions, colour-change reactions, polymers and non-Newtonian fluids; physics through forces, levers, catapults, magnets, light and optics, static electricity with our Van de Graaff generator and lightning with plasma balls; and engineering through bridge building, storm defences, Smart Cities, rocket races, robotics, simple circuits and the science of flight. They dig into geology and palaeontology, uncover the past through archaeology and anthropology, travel through the Solar System and investigate the weather. They study anatomy with skeletons, x-rays and real stethoscopes, explore MedTech and the technology behind modern medicine, discover marine biology and life in our oceans, and turn detective with police and forensic science, solving full crime scene investigations. Microbiology, glow-in-the-dark science, magical maths and dozens more, covering every letter of STEM.

Built for the frameworks international schools work in

The curriculum is aligned with Cognia expectations, IB PYP, IPC, NGSS, the British National Curriculum, High Performance Learning and UDL, plus Cambridge, Australian, Singapore, Canadian, UAE, Saudi, Qatar and New Zealand frameworks. Schools run it as curriculum science, after-school enrichment, holiday camps, STEM days and revenue-generating events, all from the same system.

Fourteen years of proof

Every international school I speak to tells me a version of the same story. They want outstanding STEM provision. Parents expect it, accreditation frameworks demand it, and children love it. But the person asked to deliver it is usually a busy classroom teacher with no science background, no time to plan practical lessons, and no support when the STEM coordinator who built the programme moves on in June.

That is the problem Junior Einsteins Science Club® was built to solve. Not with another app or another screen, but with a complete, ready-to-run primary science system that any teacher can deliver with confidence.

What the system actually is

The Junior Einsteins Science Club® gives a school years of weekly, 60-minute hands-on science sessions with no repeated topic. Years of weekly sessions with no topic ever repeated, covering every letter of STEM.

Aligned with the frameworks you already work in

The proof

Something happens when a child comes back to science week after week. The first session, they watch. By October, they are the ones explaining to the group why the lava lamp works. That confidence is what our After-School Science Clubs are built for, and this September they arrive in Luxembourg. After-School Science Clubs Launch in Luxembourg: Every Tuesday and Thursday at Laborartorium from September

From Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th September, Junior Einsteins Science Club® Luxembourg runs weekly after-school clubs at Laborartorium in Livange, the science and nature experience gallery just minutes off the A3. Sessions run from 2pm to 4pm during Luxembourg public school weeks, right through the school year to July 2027.

A real curriculum, not a random mix of activities

Each week builds on the last, so your child grows real science skills across the whole year rather than dipping in and out of unconnected experiments. This year’s programme from our award-winning curriculum includes Engineering Bridges, Rocket Races, Blubber Gloves, Lava Lamps, Crusty Old Earth, Out of This World on the Solar System, Wild Wind and Walk on Water, Marvellous Magical Maths, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Pigments of Imagination and lots more, covering every STEM subject from geology to forensics to engineering.

Every child wears their own lab coat and safety goggles each week, just like a real scientist. All equipment and materials are provided. And groups are capped at 15 children, so every Junior Einstein gets stuck in, every single session.

In English and in French, in the same group

Sessions are delivered in both languages. Our instructor works in French with the French-speaking children, so your child learns science in the language they are most comfortable in. For families in Luxembourg, that flexibility matters.

The details

The Luxembourg science clubs for kids run every Tuesday and every Thursday, 2pm to 4pm, at Laborartorium, 24 Rue Geespelt, 3378 Livange, for children aged 5 to 11. The term runs from mid-September 2026 to July 2027, during school weeks only.

A one-time €50 registration secures your child’s place and includes their own lab coat and safety goggles to keep. Plans then start at €180 a month, with three ways to pay: monthly one term at a time, a term paid upfront, or the full school year, which is the plan most families choose and saves €290 over the year. Every extra sibling gets 10% off their fees.

With a maximum of 15 places per group, spaces will go quickly.

There is a moment we see at every single camp. A child holds up something they have just made, slime dripping between their fingers, and shouts “LOOK what I did!” That moment is the whole reason Junior Einsteins Science Club® exists. And this Toussaint holiday, it is happening in Luxembourg. Spooky Science Comes to Luxembourg: Our Halloween Camp for Kids Luxembourg Runs 2 to 6 November

Our Luxembourg team is running a Spooky Science Halloween Camp from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th November at Laborartorium in Livange, the wonderful science and nature experience gallery just minutes off the A3. Five mornings, 9am to 1pm, right in the middle of the school break. Your child comes home tired, messy and bursting with stories. You get your mornings back.

Real science, disguised as Halloween

Every experiment at a Junior Einsteins camp Luxembourg teaches real science from our award-winning STEM curriculum. The children just think they are making monsters.

They will stretch disgusting pet slime monsters and witches snot while learning about polymers and non-Newtonian fluids. They will bubble up vampire blood and discover chemical reactions. They will make glowing eyeballs and luminescent lava lamps while meeting the science of phosphorescence. They will launch alien flying saucers and learn aerodynamics, bring a Frankenstein doll to life with simple circuits, feel their hair stand on end at our Van de Graaff generator, x-ray skeletons, dig fossils and, on the final morning, lift fingerprints to solve a full forensic crime scene.

Every child wears a lab coat and safety goggles every day, just like a real scientist. Every child takes a creation home each afternoon, from a pet slime monster on Monday to a vial of vampire blood on Tuesday. And every Junior Einstein graduates on Friday with their own certificate, standing proud in front of the group.

A bilingual camp, because Luxembourg deserves one

This is something we are very proud of. The camp runs in English and in French, in the same group. Our instructor works in French with the French-speaking children, so every child does science in the language they are most comfortable in. For families in Luxembourg, where children move between languages every day, it simply makes sense.

The details

The Halloween camp for kids Luxembourg runs Monday 2nd to Friday 6th November 2026, 9am to 1pm daily, at Laborartorium, 24 Rue Geespelt, 3378 Livange. It is for children aged 5 to 11, grouped by age: our ATOMS are 5 to 8 and our MOLECULES are 9 to 11.

The full week is €350, which works out at €70 a morning. If you can only manage a day or two of the Toussaint break, you can book a single morning for €80, and each day stands on its own with its own experiments and its own take-home creation.

Places are limited, on the full week and on single mornings, so do book early.

What they don’t see is the constant innovation happening behind the scenes.

Innovation isn’t something we do once a year. It isn’t a project with a finish line. It is part of our culture.

Every single day, somewhere within Junior Einsteins, something is being improved.

Sometimes it’s a small tweak to a session script that helps instructors deliver an activity more smoothly. Sometimes it’s a new feature in our Academy that saves teachers time. Sometimes it’s an improvement to our booking systems, customer communications or franchise support. Other times it’s an entirely new STEM programme that takes months of research, development, testing and refinement before it reaches a classroom.

Many of these improvements are so small that nobody notices them individually. But together they continually make Junior Einsteins stronger, more efficient and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

When I started Junior Einsteins Science Club® at my kitchen table in Dublin, I had one belief: children fall in love with science when it happens in their own hands. Not on a screen. Not in a textbook. In their hands.A Brand New STEM Topic in Your School Every Single Week. For Years. Here’s How.

That is still the heart of everything we do. No screens. All hands-on. Smooth and easy to run. A phenomenal curriculum, really broad and really deep, that enhances and strengthens any primary STEM programme a school already has.

A brand new hands-on STEM topic every single week of term, with no repeats, for years. One week they’re dusting a forensic crime scene for evidence. The next they’re launching rockets with real countdowns. Then it’s erupting volcanoes, building buzzing robots, extracting real DNA, growing crystals, engineering bridges that hold real weight, and yes, even quantum physics.

Every 60-minute session packs in several experiments and activities. Children inquire, predict, test and discover for themselves, just like real scientists. And from their very first session, you’ll hear it proudly: “I am a Junior Einstein!”

The library now spans thirteen themed series, from Space Science to Sustainability, MedTech to Archaeology, and brand new sessions are released every month.

Teacher and Pupil Engagement

And the engagement is like nothing else. Teachers love teaching it and children love doing it, and that’s not just our opinion, it’s twelve years of proof. When Trinity College Dublin recognised our work bringing the Junior Einsteins STEM into schools with an Engaged Teaching and Learning Award, the student engagement was found to be outstanding. We already knew, of course!

A brand new topic every single week, for two-plus years

Every single week is a brand new hands-on STEM topic, three terms a year, for years, with no repeated topic anywhere.

Children make and stretch their own slime, light lightsabres with plasma balls, send rockets racing, dust a crime scene for evidence, extract real DNA, erupt volcanoes, cast fossils, grow crystals, and build glowing lava lamps and giant bubbles. They engineer bridges, kites, catapults, marble runs, periscopes, pulleys and their very own buzzing robots, and get hands-on with quantum physics, static lightning, hurricanes in a bottle, magnetism and working compasses.

They explore the human body from pumping hearts and skeletons to reflexes, lungs and digestion, take on MedTech challenges and astronaut training, and meet the living world through bioluminescence, biodiversity, bug hunts, pond life, frogs, worms and Arctic survival science. They engineer for the planet with solar ovens, wind power, clean water filters, stormproof structures, smart cities and climate missions. Add colour chemistry, sound science, soap microbiology, fire science, magical maths, archaeology digs and seasonal specials for Hallowe’en, Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day and Easter, and you have a flavour of it. And that’s not even the full list, with brand new sessions released every month.

Curriculum, enrichment, or both. Your school, your way.

Some of our partner schools run Junior Einsteins as their primary STEM curriculum. Schools following the IB, British or another national curriculum use it to enhance and strengthen their provision, making science more inquiry-based, more hands-on and deeper into every topic. Others run it as a standout after-school science club. Some do both.

And the shape is entirely yours to choose. Follow our structured weekly timetable, pick one themed series such as robotics, forensics or sustainability, run a half-term series of four to six sessions, a monthly enrichment programme across the school year, a science week rotation, or a whole-school science show that brings the wow factor to every child at once.

There’s a commercial side too, and I say this openly because good schools think about it: holiday camps and one-day camps, from Junior Astronauts to Junior Chemists, Junior Medics to Junior Engineers, give schools a ready-made way to build revenue from their own campus during the holidays, while giving families exactly the kind of enrichment they’re looking for.

What the teachers get

This is the part I’m most proud of. Every single session is fully scripted. Not a vague lesson plan, an actual script: the aim, the materials list, the timings, step-by-step instructions, safety notes, key vocabulary, Einstein Questions with answers, and the exact words to say to the children.

No science degree needed. No guesswork. And no late nights hunting for ideas, because the system saves teachers hours of preparation every single week. Aims, materials, timings, questions, safety notes and science explanations are all done. A teacher can pick up a session script and deliver it beautifully, with confidence, from day one.

Behind the scripts sits the full system: the Junior Einsteins Academy online, with training and structured learning pathways that take a teacher from their first session to confident, polished delivery. Teachers tell us it’s not just easy to deliver, it’s enjoyable to learn.

And this is where something lovely happens for school leadership. When hands-on STEM stops being a burden and becomes the highlight of a teacher’s week, wellbeing goes up, and teachers stay. Schools tell us the system doesn’t just build a science culture, it helps them keep the very teachers who create it. When teachers are confident and happy, children feel it.

Parents feel it too. Children come home talking about rockets, robotics, forensics and fossils they explored with their own hands, and that visible STEM story becomes part of what makes your school special.

People often ask me what makes Junior Einsteins Science Club® different from every other primary science programme out there. They expect me to say the slime. Or the rockets. Or the moment a Van de Graaff generator makes Barbie’s hair stand on end and thirty children scream with laughter. The Secret Isn’t the Slime It’s What Happens to the Teachers — They Fall in Love with Science First.

Those moments matter. But they’re not the secret.

The secret is what happens to the adult in the room.

We don’t replace your science curriculum. We bring it to life.

Let me be clear about something first, because it matters to every school we work with: Junior Einsteins is not a replacement for your curriculum. Your curriculum is the map. We’re the journey.

The curriculum says children should understand forces. We hand them Nerf guns and skateboards and let them *feel* Newton’s laws in their own two hands. The curriculum says materials and their properties. We make elephant’s toothpaste erupt across the table. Living things and their habitats? We extract real DNA from a banana, hunt for mini-beasts, cast fossils children carry home and put on their bedroom shelves.

Every session maps cleanly to the frameworks schools are judged on — British curriculum, IB PYP, IPC, NGSS and more. But alignment is the floor, not the ceiling. We go where the curriculum never dares: quantum physics for eight-year-olds. Biomimicry. Forensic crime scenes. Bioluminescence. Children this age are not too young for big ideas. They are exactly the right age — curiosity has no minimum height requirement.

That’s what I mean when I say we enhance, strengthen, and go above and beyond. We take the science your school already teaches and make it the thing children talk about at dinner.

Here is what I’ve learned in over twelve years of working inside primary schools, from Dublin to Riyadh: a science programme lives or dies on whether the teacher wants to run it.

Not whether they’re told to. Whether they *want* to.

Most science resources are written for schools. Ours are written for the human being standing in front of a class at two o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon, who may not have picked up a test tube since their own school days, and who has forty other things on their mind.

So every Junior Einsteins script reads like a story, not a manual. The wow moment is planned. The words are on the page. The equipment list is there down to the last wooden skewer,  with an alternative for every item. The science is explained so clearly that teachers tell us the sessions are where *they* finally understood static electricity, or vortices, or what quantum actually means.

And something lovely happens. The teacher stops being the person supervising an activity and becomes a scientist alongside the children. They gasp at the colour change too. They want to know if the rocket will fly. They read next week’s script at home — not because anyone asked them to, but because they’re curious what’s coming.

That is the key. That has always been the key.

Because a programme teachers dread ends up in a cupboard, and a cupboard never taught a child anything. A programme teachers love runs every single week, in every classroom, for years. The enthusiasm children catch in a Junior Einsteins session? They catch it from the adult holding the plasma ball.

Fascinating for children. Irresistible for teachers.

Everything else we’re known for flows from this. Children work in small groups of four or five,  real teamwork, real roles, real negotiation. Almost every session ends with something made and taken home: a working periscope, a lava lamp, a fingerprint card from the crime scene they just solved. No screens anywhere — hands-on is the whole point. And a school can run our sessions weekly for two full years without repeating a single topic, so no child ever says “we did this last year.”

Teachers save seven or more hours of preparation every week. Children get science that feels like the best hour of their week. Schools get a STEM identity that parents notice at open days and remember at enrolment time.

But if you ask me what really sets Junior Einsteins Science Club® International school STEM education  model apart, it’s this: we made primary science something teachers genuinely look forward to. Lab coats on. Equipment out. Full engagement — and I mean everyone in the room.
